How to cancel a class

On the website

  • Sign in to your SALA account
  • Select ‘My Classes’ which will bring up your attendance record and any upcoming classes you are booked into
  • Click ‘Unreserve’ next to the class you wish to cancel

On the app

  • Open the app and select ‘My Classes’
  • Click ‘Unreserve’ next to the class you wish to cancel

Please note, you will not be able to cancel a class within 2 hours of the start time as this is classed as a "no-show".
