How to get to us

Around SALA there is 2hr free parking. This is generally easy to find close to the studio for the morning and evening classes, but can sometimes be more difficult during the day. If you get stuck, heading towards Grey Lynn there is no limit parking, or towards Ponsonby Central there is paid parking. 

Public transport wise, any bus past Ponsonby Central will work, with SALA being only a few hundred metres down Brown Street from there.
