What to expect from Contrast Therapy and Saunas

  1. Please arrive at least five minutes before your session to begin on time.
  2. If you arrive late, this will impact your session time; as our sessions run on the hour, you must stay within your allocated time slot.
  3. Please come hydrated. Bring your own bottle or buy water at the studio. 
  4. There are showers inside the rooms to clean yourself completely before your session. A towel inside the sauna is compulsory; bring your own or hire one at the studio for $4. We recommend a second towel for the shower. 
  5. Avoid applying oils or products to the skin before entering the sauna, as this can clog your pores. 
  6. Inside the sauna is an iPad; select anything you'd like to play via Spotify or use this time to meditate and reflect. Some people even bring a book to read inside. 
  7. We have additional red light pillars inside both saunas, which are optional. 
  8. You can change the colour of your chromotherapy light above your head by tapping the black side button.
  9. Please always shower before entering the sauna and ice bath.
  10. If you need more time to get ready after the timer goes off, head to the locker rooms, where hair dryers and straighteners are available. 
  11. At the end of your session, leave any rented towels in the laundry bin under the sink in the locker room. Drink lots of water after your session. 
  12. Our saunas and showers are thoroughly cleaned daily by professional cleaners. Our staff spot clean after each session.
